When buying our home, she deftly handled an unresponsive seller and selling agent by taking the time to drive to the selling agent's office and take her out to lunch to get them to pay attention to our very low offer. She also took care of everything from home inspection to negotiating discounts because I had other obligations and limited time. Unlike many agents who are very responsive before the sale and then less responsive after they make the deal, Sheri continued to help every step of the way (with retrofit, termite issues, lender issues and repairs to the home before closing) after the sale was "a done deal" because contingencies were waived.
